Chyron Extends Aprisa Support for Additional 6 Months

aprisaAs a follow-up to our January post, we are extending our support for the Aprisa family of products until September 30, 2009. After this date, Chyron will no longer be able to provide replacement parts and will be ending support (EOL) for the Aprisa family of products.

We will continue to provide replacement license keys upon request. Please call Chyron’s Support Service hotline at +1 (631) 845-2132 or +1 800 4-CHYRON between the hours of 8AM to 8PM EST and a Support Engineer will assist you. Please have your Aprisa system serial number available and be advised there will be a $50 handling charge associated with each license key. For faster processing, we ask that this payment be made with a credit card.
