Today,October 31st, AXIS has officially launched a new website. We’re always refining and improving AXIS, and this is one of the larger updates we’ve done in a while.
A User Alert Video Podcast has been created to go over the new changes. Please watch it…it’s the best way for you to understand the new changes.
The biggest change you’ll notice is the new navigation bar. Instead of having separate menus for each product (news, maps, charts, quotes etc), there are now four main menus:
Create
Track
Order
Manage
Everything you need to do in AXIS can be found in these four menus.
AXIS is also launching support for Microsoft Bing Satellite Imagery in Maps. For an additional fee, you can have spectacular satellite imagery in your static or animating maps.
The AXIS redesign also allows us to give you access to our exciting new Cloud Partners, who each bring a unique new twist to the AXIS concept. Watch for a sneak peek of this cool functionality in the User Alert video podcast, coming in the next few days.
The AXIS development team is constantly working on ways to add functionality and improve the user experience. These changes are the result of feedback from users like yourself.
